Faculty Support

Zoom Support Hours

We provide support for Brightspace, Zoom, and Instructional Design assistance. Chat with members of our team, share your screen, and we will help provide individual guidance. Schedules vary and will be sent to faculty on a weekly basis through our Virtual Campus (VC) Faculty Center announcements in Brightspace.

Please use the Zoom link below during support hours. *Special sessions are noted below. Please reach out to the Virtual Campus if you need to make an appointment outside of drop-in hours.

  • Monday: 10am to noon
  • Tuesday: 10am to noon, 1 to 3pm

  • Monday: 10am to noon, *In Person (3-122A) 2 to 5pm

Faculty Innovation Center

The Faculty Innovation Center (FIC) is located in the Virtual Campus Center, Brighton Campus (3-122A). Faculty are welcome to use the computers for course work and development. We encourage that you make an appointment if you plan on dropping in-person for direct support. Please email Abby Bechtel or email the Virtual Campus (virtualcampus@annccb.com).

Brightspace Resources

  • VC Faculty Center: Our organization contains resources for Brightspace and other college-supported technology, resources for the design of online courses, and our weekly support schedules (all faculty are enrolled in this space)
  • Brightspace Tutorials for Instructors: YouTube tutorials created by D2L on how to use various features of the Learning Management System. 
  • SUNY Digital Learning Environment (DLE) Website Brightspace resources created from SUNY. Some information may require your SUNY login (MCC email/password).
